Riveron’s
Sourcing Associates are tenacious, innovative, and resilient in their pursuit to deliver on-time talent pipelines that are both qualified and engaged.
You’ll partner with business leaders and our recruiters to develop and execute campaigns to build talent and competitor intelligence and source and recruit top passive talent for pivotal high-priority positions. You’ll leverage and continue to build your expertise in deep internet sourcing methods and tools to support Riveron’s businesses and elevate the capabilities of our TA team.

What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in Riveron’s businesses, competitors, talent profiles, and employee value proposition
- Partner with the TA and business leaders to develop and execute research and sourcing strategies that are delivered on time and of the highest quality
- Create a high-touch, personalized candidate experience through multimedia outreach campaigns
- Accurately assess talent resulting in a 90% acceptance rate by the recruiter
- Fully leverage technology tools, ensuring Riveron has a highly organized talent intelligence database and the competitive advantage in securing top talent
- Present data, activity, and results/metrics to clients in professionally prepared formatting
- Continuously develop and sharpen your skills by staying on the cutting edge of technology and sourcing methods and serve as an expert trainer to others on the TA team
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or relevant experience in Research (general, marketing; or recruiting); Computer or data science; and/or Sales Development
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex businesses and related talent profile requirements quickly
- Keenly adept at internet research and technology tools and highly organized at building and maintaining clean databases
- Demonstrated marketing and communications expertise to engage candidates successfully
- Proven relationship builder with an obsession for customer experience excellence
- Objective and discerning mindset to assess talent accurately and fairly through our interview framework
