Minimum Qualifications
· 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience
· Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
· Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Effective listening skills
· Ability to multitask
· Target driven
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Associate degree preferred, but not required
