Revivn is a bootstrapped, profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their old technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access. Revivn is in its most exciting growth phase to date and is looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead a small team and manage a business-critical req load. This person should be skilled in identifying top-tier talent across commercial orgs, internal operations, product and engineering.

With an impressive track record of swift time-to-hire and deep sourcing experience, you'll understand and anticipate hiring needs and the strategic planning that goes into executing them. You'll join a small team working as a full end-to-end recruiter. You'll play an integral role in building our employer brand and scaling our external presence while partnering alongside hiring managers and our senior leadership team. Responsibilities:

  • Use your creative and innovative techniques to aid sourcing strategy, while maintaining a high level of qualified candidates across a variety of departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs, identify the key traits of successful candidates, and craft job descriptions.
  • Create compelling and impactful outreach and email campaigns to nurture passive and top tier candidates across various departments for technical roles.
  • Build a pipeline of targeted candidates across multiple departments at various levels of seniority.
  • Identify top candidates via multiple recruiting sources and techniques, both traditional and nontraditional, including social media, referrals, “sourceathons”, and networking.
  • Report on sourcing metrics via our applicant tracking system (Lever); be able to generate reports and sourcing analytics based on various levels of criteria.
  • Additionally, you may be tasked to coordinate exceptional on-site candidate experiences, scheduling interviews, researching hiring best practices, and participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, 1+ years relevant work experience
  • Located in the New York City // Brooklyn area and willing to work in-office 4+ days a week
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to present our company core values thoughtfully to candidates
  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary info
  • Well-versed in recruiting practices and tools, and various hiring platforms
  • Extremely positive attitude, strong customer focus, and ability to multitask
  • Excited to work alongside a team who all collectively want to make a positive impact on hiring goals and growth of the business

The base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $67,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
