Job description
Tailored Day is a 1:1 customized service we provide to individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a support staff you will be matched with clients and mentor them in achieving their individual goals.The Tailored Day Support Staff position is ideal for someone who needs a flexible schedule due to school, childcare or other obligations. Full time and part time hours are available. Positions available for individuals who are looking to work only a few hours per week.
Previous experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. We provide paid training. Applicants must be 21 years of age, have valid California Driver's License for at least 3 years, acceptable driving record and a vehicle with liability insurance coverage.
