KBP Brands is looking for a motivated Taco Bell Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager you run the shifts while providing top notch customer service and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.

This Taco Bell restaurant is independently owned and operated by KBP Brands.   • Support leadership and Team Members by running an efficient and successful shift.
  • Work with Team Members to make sure all assigned duties are complete.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure order accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
  • Follow cash, security, inventor and labor policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

  • Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
  • Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction.
