POSITION: System Patient Services Director

LOCATION: Buffalo, NY

DIVISION: Hospital/Healthcare

SALARY: 90-100k

This position is located in Buffalo NY. Must be willing to relocate to the greater Buffalo NY commuting region.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star System Patient Services Manager/Director, who shares our passion for Food and UNPRECEDENTED Service. The Patient Services System Manager will have oversite of the facilities within the Hospital System, coordinating and managing patient In-room Dining Services process.

The System Patient Services Manager will oversee the individual PSMs working together to improve patient satisfaction scores identify all patient touchpoints and monitor performance related to touch points to ensure patient satisfaction.

Must be knowledgeable in creation and maintenance of VST nutrition software (or similar) for company healthcare accounts and available for local travel to the various accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree Desired
• Patient Services or Restaurant Manager experience required
• AMAZING Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
• Math skills to include stats, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions in practical situations
• Strong Team Management Skills including Scheduling, Training, Food and Occupational Safety knowledge
