Role: System Architecture SME

Location: Dayton OH (Hybrid)

Full Time Role

Must have a DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to perform analysis of as-is enterprise level infrastructure to include interoperability, ports/protocols, data/product transfer, and translate/document/brief/maintain products.

Must understand the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and create/update respective documentation/diagrams as needed.

Must work with a team of peer Contractors, Military, and Civilian personnel to ensure a successful cloud transition.

Ability to self-manage and identify "what needs to be done", present options/Courses of Action (COAs) to Government leadership with recommendations.

Work with the team to ensure all aspects of transition are accounted for, to include but not limited to, analysis, architecture development, documentation, planning, testing, migration, verification, communications plans, etc.

Required Skills:

· Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer Science plus 15 years of experience, or an ABET master’s degree plus 12 years of experience is required.

· Active Top Secret security clearance.

· Knowledge in avionics, software, computer, radar, and communications engineering principles.

· Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (for example, must have and maintain active Security + CE (or equivalent)

· Scripting experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, Batch, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• System architecture: 10 years (Preferred)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: 3 years (Preferred)
• Scripting: 3 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Preferred)
