ABOUT CASCADE:

Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.


We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team! This position applies expert knowledge of technology systems and is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, security, and maintenance on all agency technology systems at the Tier 3 level. These systems include but are not limited to.

  • Network systems, including routing, switching, configuration, wiring, and security.
  • Telecommunications systems, including routing, switching, configuration, wiring, and security.
  • Physical security systems.

This position may also direct lower-level IT tiers in accomplishing tasks associated with agency technology systems. This position may also suggest higher level vendor support for the design, implementation, and configuration of more complex agency technology systems/solutions.


Starting November 1, 2022 Cascade Community Healthcare will not require the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.


SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

This position will normally require that the employee work a standard, Monday through Friday forty (40) hour week. Flexible work hours may be required to perform work outside of a normal schedule, including after hours on-call phone rotation. This position is classified as being “non-exempt” according to the Fair Labor Standards Act.


PAY SCALE:

Entry: $26.00 - $35.50

Journeyman: $29.00 - $38.50

Senior: $32.00 - $41.50


WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

  • Undergo and pass criminal background check upon initial employment and any subsequent check required by the agency.
  • Comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Meet all requirements of the agency Drug Free Workplace Policy.
  • Must have current driver’s license and be legally allowed to drive in the state of Washington.
  • Maintain current home phone and address on file with the Human Resources office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Entry - Educational and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of advanced experience as a Tier 2 technician or experience directly related to the agencies network and telecommunications systems..
  • Higher education that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
  • Industry certifications that are directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable for the experience requirement.
  • Basic Tier 3 knowledge of network equipment, implementation, integration, and security.
  • Basic Tier 3 knowledge of telecommunications systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of information security and risk management and ability to implement secure systems and layered security strategies.
  • Ability to document requests for support, create technical manuals, develop administrative documents.
  • Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction. As well as give presentations on agency technology systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Receives, records, monitors, and closes support tickets
  • Determines scope of work and either resolves issue or requests higher level support.
  • Ensure all agency network and telecommunications systems remain operational, secure, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, as well as other regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, configure, secure, and maintain all agency network and telecommunications systems.
  • Develop and propose IT policies and procedures related to the agency’s technology systems.
  • Research, develop, and recommend new technologies.
  • Maintains and improves knowledge and skills required to support all agency technology systems.
  • Aids other IT staff as needed.
  • Participates in on-call phone rotation with other IT staff for urgent/emergent issues outside of scheduled hours.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Medical benefits will be effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Must be at least a 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) to be eligible for medical benefits. Must be at least a 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week) to be eligible for dental, vision, Teladoc, and Life and AD&D.
