Job Description:

Operates the switchboard console PC
- Utilizing call answering software, by directing internal and external callers to the appropriate extension.
- Operates functions of the physician answering service.
- Monitors the life safety and environmental alarms, and announces codes as advised.
- Must be able to take on call responsibility as needed.
- Dispatches Security
- Scheduling for all Departments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 year or more, switchboard, office or customer service work preferred, but not required
- Prior work related experience operating multi line telephone a plus
- Must possess good grammar and spelling skills
- Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications
