Job description
SWIM INSTRUCTOR (we'll train you!) COMPENSATION
$18 - $22 per hourUpon completing the training program, Swim Instructors teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills to students of all ages and abilities. In this role, you will ensure British Swim School safety policies & procedures are followed and attend periodic, in-service trainings to remain up to date on British Swim School standards.
- Successful candidates are reliable, nurturing, energetic, and love to have fun
- NO competitive swimming background or swim instruction experience is required
- Confident in the water (familiar with all four strokes)
- Complete the British Swim School Training program
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress
- Upbeat and ready to have fun at work - Having fun is mandatory!
- Ability to work in a positive way with a wide range of students and varying ages
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Teaching or coaching experience
- CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certifications
- $18 - $22 per hour
