Sailfish Swim School was founded in 2016 In Los Angeles. We now have branches in LA, Raliegh, Tampa/St. Pete, and Orlando. Our primary customers are children aged 1-10 years old, but we do get some adults and older kids. We provide private lessons either at client homes or in our pools. This position is for a swim instructor; teaching the basics of swimming. Previous swim teaching experience a must, lifeguard certification a plus. Spanish language skills desirable but not required. Experience with all ages (infant-adult) and experience with special needs are a plus.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with our branch and is open to flexible scheduling as we ramp up for the busy summer season. 100% of our management team started as part time instructors and they are now full-time employees leading the company.

This position is a part time position, if you need full time work please do not apply. This position will require frequent trips to Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Northridge and surrounding areas. We also have opening for our pool in North Hollywood, as well as another Travel opening for the Hollywood/Los Feliz area

Full paid training, and extremely competitive wages. You decide on your work availability, the more flexibility in your schedule the more hours of work you can expect. Our busiest time of year is summer so if you only want to work summers, that is okay too.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
