MCO is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Supply Chain and Logistics to support Regent's portfolio of companies, with a specific focus on retail and e-commerce industries. The SVP will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process and logistics operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. The SVP will also work closely with the management teams of our portfolio companies to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the supply chain and logistics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of supply chain and logistics strategies across the portfolio of companies
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Oversee the implementation of logistics technology, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and visibility platforms
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure and track supply chain and logistics performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain and logistics processes
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high levels of service and quality
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics management
• Provide thought leadership and expertise on supply chain and logistics to portfolio company management teams and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience in the retail and e-commerce industries is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes of supply chain and logistics issues
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with logistics technology, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and visibility platforms
• Ability to travel as needed to visit portfolio companies and attend industry events
