JOB OVERVIEW
Net Health is seeking an accomplished SVP, Services to drive value and sustained success for all of its customers. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, Nitin Mathur this SVP, Services will lead all aspects of Services including implementations, trainings, project management, and value consulting.

This leader will be tasked with building and managing an exceptional Services organization capable of driving a value creation and realization for all Net Health customers. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical and metrics-driven SVP, Services to join a scaling, profitable

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Lead all aspects of the Services organization, which is responsible for implementation, training, project management, and value consulting for all Net Health customers. Manage, coach, and mentor team members at various levels to build a cohesive, best-in-class Services function.
  • Assess the quality of the existing team against the current and future requirements. Identify key gaps and develop a plan to fill the gaps over time. Identify key employees to develop, train and promote.
  • Create a culture of value articulation and creation within the Services function. Maintain rigor around and focus on time to value. Build the roadmap for long term value realization within Net Health customers.
  • Ensure customer communication is flawless. Prioritize customers’ best interests. Go the extra mile every time.
  • Own the P&L for the Services business and its forecasting. Ensure that revenues and net margins are met, protected, or exceeded on a quarterly or annual basis.
  • Drive and manage global implementations ensuring processes are scalable, consistent, unified, and smooth. Ensure that all engagements are delivered on-time and within budget, while increasing customer value and satisfaction and reducing issues. Develop best-in-class trainings to ensure value realization. Drive adoption for all aspects of service delivery for all Net Health products.
  • Define engagement scopes, goals, deliverables and milestones. Measure outcomes at various gates of the process flow of project execution. Report performance metrics and financial targets to stakeholders across the company.
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales organization. Partner with sales to ensure a seamless handoff from the close of the deal to the start of implementation. Create a smooth handoff to the Support organization once a customer is successfully up and running.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering organizations. Help drive innovation of Net Health’s products based on customer feedback and needs. Act as the voice of the customer in helping to influence broader product roadmaps.
  • Partner with senior management, particularly Chief Customer Officer, Nitin Mathur, to promote and communicate the Net Health brand, products, and value proposition.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated ability to build a high-performing Services organization with responsibility for Implementation, Training, Project Management, and Consulting.
  • 10+ yrs of leadership experience owning Services within an Enterprise SaaS company with a multi-product delivery and integration model.
  • P&L ownership responsibility and understands the metrics of a healthy Professional Services business at deep level.
  • Ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum and energy. Sets aggressive goals and advocates for resources the team needs to meet these goals.
  • A deep understanding of the primary customer satisfaction and value realization metrics.
  • A leader who rolls up his/her sleeves to drive strategy, optimizes operating models, and builds high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve planned results.
  • Excellent people and management skills with the ability to interact with executives and cross-functional teams across the company. Crisp verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments where continuous innovation is critical.
  • Humble, accountable, transparent, collaborative, and professional leader.
  • Known for high-energy, enthusiasm and drive. You love what you do and it shows.
  • Experience in PE-backed or public companies with an understanding of the pace, discipline, and focus on ROI needed to scale a business effectively.
