As a Hardware and Software Support Resource, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical support and assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to Micros POS systems, merchant services, and associated peripherals.
  • Assist clients with the setup, installation, and configuration of hardware and software solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, educating them on the efficient use and maintenance of Micros POS systems and associated software.
  • Collaborate with the development and sales teams to identify and communicate customer needs, product improvements, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in hardware and software support.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical expertise and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hardware and software support, preferably with Micros POS systems and merchant services.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, POS terminals, printers, and payment processors.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Adept at quickly learning new technologies and keeping up with changing industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to travel to client sites for on-site support and training.
  • Reliable transportation
