In this role, you will…

  • Perform data entry of claims and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
  • Have the ability to identify the different image types
  • Have the ability to look up members via mm id, name, group etc.
  • Accurate selection of provider and address location based on claim
  • Have the ability to keep indexing within turnaround time standards
  • Assist with printing of faxes and ensure all pages are delivered to mailroom for scanning
  • Assist with scanning and other mailroom functions as needed
  • Sort and deliver returned mail in a timely manner
  • Assist in answering calls going through receptionist desk and direct to the appropriate area in a timely and polite manner
  • Assist in greeting visitors and hand out appropriate badges when covering reception area
  • Adhere to deadlines/turnaround times
  • Keep supervisor informed of any issues that may arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • The ability to type 40 wpm with accuracy
  • Computer literacy skills with attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated problem solver with good time management skills
