We are seeking a qualified Supply Chain Manager at our recently acquired Percussionaire facility
located in Sandpoint, ID.

Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the
identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of company goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement and inventory teams to ensure supply continuity, quality and pricing.
- Ensure components and finished goods inventory levels that meet deliverability
- Responsible for smooth and cost-optimized shipment of products to direct customers and
- Create and maintain procurement master data on the MRP system. Manage orders and
- Create reporting of relevant metrics to measure SCM performance.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to ensure efficient and effective execution of the
- Enforce compliance of legal and safety regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing, supervision, and performance management of department
- Checks employees’ timecards for errors and corrections
- Participates in staff management training and effectively manage employees in compliance
- Interview, hire, and train new department employees.
- Conduct timely performance reviews, establish clear goals, and support learning
opportunities for job skills and career growth.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or other related discipline or equivalent work
- 3 –5 years progressive experience in management of materials and sourcing within a design
- Experience in lean manufacturing, total quality, six sigma, or other similar environments.
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain
positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers and customers.
