The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for activities involving Compliance and Regulatory requirements, Audit Support, Quality Assurance and Training Initiatives, and will ensure compliance is maintained for all applicable Standards, Opinions and Corporate and Government guidelines.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor must be a flexible multitask capable individual who is detailed, well organized and be dedicated to the Conduent philosophy of EVERY CLIENT, EVERY TIME.
A good communicator, the candidate must demonstrate and ability to motivate and influence co-workers and other staff to maintain and deliver results that always satisfies the business needs.

Responsibility Statements
  • Supervises daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams (10+ employees)
  • Manages the operation of the total quality management (TQM) program.
  • Ensures the regulatory compliance and helps with audits.
  • Creates a road map for quality improvement.
  • Manages the hiring of team members, performance reviews and terminations.
  • Educates the team to improve soft skills, technical skills, and business Domain Knowledge.
  • Identifies future learning education opportunities.
  • Assists in transitions.
  • Prepares baseline performance parameters at onshore locations.
  • Supports the development of systematic approaches for assuring high-quality services that meet customer needs.
  • Develops program communications to employees.
  • Develops training and related reward systems.
  • Develops and implements key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.
  • Develops systematic approaches for assuring high-quality services.
  • Influences the interface of key activities within the functions of the organization.
  • Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management.
  • Responsible for the success of the team.
  • Works within established precedents and practices.
  • Examines information to solve ongoing problems.
  • Uses tact to exchange ideas and information concisely and rationally.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
