Supervisor
Papas a la Carte is a new concept in Brownsville, Texas! We’re a food trailer located in Morrison Plaza serving delicious, comfort food. Chicken and fries with a variety of sauces and toppings. Papas a la Carte curates classic and unique sauces, showcasing different flavors that we all love. Classics will range from Chipotle Buttermilk Ranch to Guajillo Ketchup to Tangy BBQ and Creamy Cilantro sauce. These unique sauces will be recipes curated in-house by the founders of Papas a La Carte. These sauces will be distinct in flavor, but the combination with chicken and fries will make our menu a classi We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and a fun working environment!

Responsibilities:
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives for the team
- Create staff schedules according to sales trends
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all security procedures
- Assists General Manager in weekly inventory counts
- Controls profit and loss by following cash handling and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and taking appropriate actions
- Organized and supervised marketing and promotional activities for the Brand
- Interacts with guests to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Handles customer complaints
- Oversees the kitchen staff and maintains truck cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 1+ years of supervisor experience
- Must be able to obtain Texas Managers Food Handlers Certification
- Must be sales-driven, energetic, and motivated to succeed
