Job Summary
Supervise and implement the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for offshore positions and development programs. Supervise internal and external recruitment to ensure that the best suited candidates are selected for open roles. Supervises the Recruiters and/or associated recruitment processes.
Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish and utilize the sourcing means to identify and hire the desired profile for offshore open positions.
- Provide guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for recruitment processes and candidate selection.
- Interviews candidates using competency based behavioral interview techniques to ensure candidate matches all specifications of the position including organizational fit and job fit.
- Coordinates recruitment advertisement, internal communications and nationalization recruitment campaigns globally.
- Travels to rigs to understand staffing requirements and partners with rig-based leadership to provide support and a positive working environment.
Education:
Minimum Required - Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of
Preferred Level - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources and Professional HR Certification
Experience:
Minimum Required - 5 years recruitment experience in oil/gas, plus 2 years working offshore in oil/gas industry; 2+ years in a Supervisor role
Preferred Level - 5 plus years experience in supervisory offshore role; Military Experience - 5 plus years experience in supervisory offshore role; Military Experience
Skills:
Minimum Required - 5 plus years experience in supervisory offshore role; Military Experience
