Friday to Tuesday 11pm to 7:30am

UG2 is looking for an experienced janitorial supervisor with supervisory experience to lead a team in the overall cleanliness of a large educational facility.

This position is responsible for but is not limited to: working closely with the Account Manager and/or Project Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.

Basic Job Duties Include:

· Train, direct and develop staff

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes

· Inspection of trash removal

· Dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning

· Hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing)

· Carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting)

· Pressure washing

· Recycling, and restocking of supplies

· Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupant

· Must be available for events

· Rotational on call week ends

· Other duties as needed

Requirements:

· Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate on company radios and face-to-face to public safety and the client

· Must have very strong communication skills both written and orally.

· Supervisory experience preferred .
