Production Superintendent – 2nd Shift

Burnette Foods, Inc. is looking for a 2nd shift Production Superintendent for our New Era location. This position requires proficient communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent teamwork skills, and a drive for learning and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Manages all aspects of production
• Encourages and promotes a safe working environment.
• Serve as backup to the shift supervisors.
• Takes initiative on accident investigations.
• Oversees cost and quality of production products.
• Demonstrates respect, encouragement, inclusion, and positivity among employees and co-workers alike.
• Completes all other duties as directed.

Experience

Five or more years of manufacturing experience.

Education

Associate or higher college degree is preferred, but not necessary.
