Subprime/Custom Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Location: Georgetown Auto Sales, Georgetown, Kentucky

Job Type: Full-time

Georgetown Auto Sales is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Subprime Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This position will play a key role in the dealership's success by effectively managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for subprime customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments for sales and service customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to build long-lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and results
• Meet and exceed established performance goals
• Continuously develop knowledge of the dealership's products, services, and promotions, with a focus on subprime finance options
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
• Strong knowledge of subprime finance options and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the automotive sales industry is a requirement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
