Job description
Prudent Preservations is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in the Jefferson, Johnston, Garvin, Latimer, Hughes, Greer, Lincoln, Canadian, Custer, Woodward, Garfield, Mayes and Texas counties of Oklahoma. You must have experience in property preservation with MCS or other national preservation companies.
You also must have the following:
-ability to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check.
-valid driver's license with auto insurance
-general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
-ability to use Pruvan and PPW
-ability to utilize email
-ability to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision
-willingness to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6
80% of work orders include inspections, lawn care, lock changes, trashouts, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc.
