Title: Styling and Merchandising Coordinator
Location: Bell, CA - Onsite 5 Days/Week (No Remote)
Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $24.00 - $30.00 Per Hour + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
FAM Brands is looking for a driven professional with a collaborative mindset to join our team as a Styling and Merchandising Coordinator. This role works closely with the marketing creative and photo team to produce eCommerce shoots (photo and video) across a variety of brands. As the photo team produces upwards of 200 shoots a year – both on model and product photography – for 10-15 different brands, no day is the same!
The role is required to be in the office 4-5 days per week depending on the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of pinning, clipping, and styling pieces to achieve best, true to sample results
- Collaborate with Art Director on style-out days including look building, store pulls, and model assigning
- Responsible for logging and execution of all styling requests and notes from leadership and cross-functional partners
- Shop for pairing pieces and other accessories, as assigned
- Request, track, and manage product samples
- Troubleshoot styling challenges by pinning, tucking, and modifying garments
- Dress models on set in a timely manner while staying on schedule of the day
- Ensure appropriate samples are available and prepped for every photo session
- Manage inventory and upkeep of the Sample Closet, while continuously updating the closet with current season product, evergreen pairing pieces, etc.
Requirements:
- An interest in fashion, merchandising, wholesale, styling, ß or other relevant industry
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player, collaborative, and with a positive, can-do outlook
- Must be able to lift and transport wardrobe samples
- Basic knowledge of pinning, clipping, and styling pieces to achieve best, true to sample, results
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable team player
- Curious to learn about and inform new resources, processes, and techniques
- Think strategically and solve problems independently
- Good communicator, comfortable responding to technical and creative feedback
- Disciplined in managing your time and projects, meeting deadlines, communicating expectations, and anticipating roadblocks along the way
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
