Job Summary/Basic Function
The Game Management Staff is an essential part of every athletic event at Millersville University. The responsibilities of the Game Management Staff include, but are not limited to: ball retrievers, field preparation, assembly, parking lot monitor.
Required Qualifications
Must be dependable and responsible.
Applicant must be available to work nights and weekends.
Flexible work schedule – contests and events are held late in the afternoons and into the evenings, as well as weekends.
Positive attitude and assertiveness are a must, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, coaches, and students.

Preferred Qualifications
Job Duties
Assist with game set-up and break down; serve as crowd control; support staff for select sporting events (i.e. ball person for men’s and women’s soccer, field hockey, volleyball, baseball, and softball, requires standing and ability to be mobile).
