Job description
The Student Research Assistant will conduct work at the direction of the Divided Community Project's (DCP) deputy director, staff attorney, and DCP's Executive Committee.
DCP strives to support communities seeking to address issues tearing at the fabric of their communities through multiple initiatives. Research assistants may be assigned to assist with one or more of the following projects:
- Research related to a multi-disciplinary project design to support the advancement of race equity initiatives.
- Enhancement of Dispute systems design guidance for truth and reconciliation-style commissions, https://go.osu.edu/dcptrc.
- Development of DCP's virtual toolkit.
- Other projects as they emerge.
Collaboration is key to DCP's success. Student research assistants will work independently and on group projects with fellow research assistants, staff, and volunteers.
Background in Social Studies preferred.
