MORE ABOUT Steelworks Strength Systems

My name is Brian Terpak and I am the owner of Steelworks Strength Systems.

My business is dedicated to helping busy professionals no matter their age, ability level, gender, race, or sexual orientation, achieve their health and fitness goals through group fitness programs, one on one training, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Culture matters at Steelworks Strength Systems. We pay attention every day to our core values, and encourage all our team members and clients to live them fully:

Openness — Evolution requires a readiness to absorb and synthesize new information and knowledge.

We do not subscribe to any dogma or method. Instead we stay attuned to the latest trends and research in exercise science as well as our own observations regarding human movement to help us craft meaningful training experiences for our clients.

Accountability - We stand behind our vision on elevating human performance. We take great care of the clients who have entrusted their health and fitness needs to us. As coaches, we own our words and actions and work to provide clear guidance and instruction. We admit when we lack the requisite knowledge to help answer a client’s questions, but we are equally determined to learn more.

Simplicity — Greeting people with kindness as they walk in the door, coaching in language everyone can understand, praising basic motor competency over “sexy” and “flashy” exercises. All of these items espouse the idea of simplicity. We believe in doing the basics really well and keeping things focused, whether that is teaching with compassion and empathy or programming workouts that deliver results.

I am passionate about human movement and exercise science, helping people discover their true potential, and being able to provide an amazing life to my family and employees. You will be compensated fairly, treated fairly, and I will certainly look for ways to pay you more for your efforts if they warrant it.
