ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh, the largest Residential Air Conditioning Company Nationwide, is hiring Store Sales Associates!

The Store Sales Associate will work inside of our partnered retail location. Your main goal will be to approach customers, explain our services and set appointments for our sales professionals. These are zero cost estimates for replacement of Air Conditioning Systems. In this role, you have the ability to earn commission per qualified lead, uncapped.

Salary Expectations - $16 per hour PLUS weekly AND monthly Incentives Equals Potential for $25/Hour or MORE!!

Looking for full time and part-time associates - must be able to work weekends

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Flexible hours throughout the week, WEEKENDS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching customers
• Must be comfortable working in a team and an independent setting
• Desire to get your steps in for the day! This position requires standing and/or walking for long durations within a retail setting.
