You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of your responsibilities.

  • Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
  • Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
  • Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time, and fully.
  • Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
  • Maintaining the performance of your store by running retail inventory compliance.
  • Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
  • Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.

As part of our retail stores, Store Manager compensation includes commissions and a minimum base pay of $13.50. We are proud that our Store Managers make a national average of $24.85 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. That's more than $50,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The estimated average maximum is $70,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week.

You will need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift ten pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Training Requirements

All Store Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra
