We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven track record of success in retail management, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Set and achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
