Once Upon A Child Odessa in Odessa, TX is looking for one store manager to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 9147 Bedford Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Recruit, hire, and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Support and execute all buys as per directed process efficiencies. *Manage all customer buys to ensure we maintain productivity and profitability standards.
Qualifications

*Proven experience as a store manager *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Open availability

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
