Managers are responsible for providing feedback, coaching, and training within the Keva Juice organization. Candidates will also learn to take total ownership of running Keva Juice and can be counted on to help, run the day-to-day operations, train, and exceed customer expectations. We are looking for candidates who have a strong team mindset, are action-orientated, approachable, and great at customer service.

Responsibilities

    *Ensuring team members adhere to company standards. *Ensuring team members have a customer comes first attitude. *Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks are completed. *Ensuring that operational tasks are completed daily, weekly, and monthly. *Building customer loyalty through surveys, email capture, and social media. *Training new team members. *Ensuring proper workflow in prioritizing orders. *Most Important: To dazzle the customers with an uplifting experience that encourages them to return.

This is a leadership role and as such you will be required to have flexible availability willing to work a minimum of 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

    *Good attitude, team player, and prefer someone who has experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Most shifts will be pre-close or closing.... but also need to be able to help in the morning as well if needed. *Friendly and outgoing personality *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Strong organizational and motivational skills *Dependable.
