As a Store Manager you will be expected to:

• Oversee daily operations and participate as needed
• Handle all aspects of staff management
• Track and maintain stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Oversee product quality with consistent planning and preparation
• Create and maintain an environment that emphasizes energy and fun in order to produce happy team members and guests
• Ensure profitability through effective management of cost of goods, labor, controllable expenses, utilities, repairs, and other aspects of store management

Store Managers are required to have:

• 2+ years of bagel, bakery or relevant food service management experience
• Experience with Clover POS payment system (Preferred)
• Computer and MS Office proficiency
• Strict detail to attention and a commitment to providing superior guest experiences
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and leadership skills
• A willingness to jump in and perform various store duties as needed
• The experience and analytical ability to foresee and prevent problems before they occur
• Be at least 21 and bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Weekday, weekend and holiday availability
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements - The Store Manager must be able to:

• Move around the store
• Walk, stand, bend or sit
• Stand for extended periods
• Reach with hands and arms
• Stoop and kneel
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
