We search for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager who is ready to lead the “Crumbl Way”. This role's main responsibility is to consistently deliver remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day through a highly effective and caring team. Crumbl leaders must treat those they work with, as well as guests, with great care, dignity, and respect.

A manager who is self-motivated and results-driven to direct and manage our organization's business activities and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs is what we are looking for. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, inventory management, employee recruitment, food quality, and retail management. Food service industry experience in a fast paced, customer focused food service environment is highly desired.

Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide a world class customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment

  • Obtain knowledge of Crumbl policies and procedures
  • Manage customer/employee issues effectively
  • Obtain knowledge of ingredient ordering
  • Be able to run a smooth day to day operation individually
  • Allocating budget resources
  • Monitoring and motivating crew members and shift leads
  • Managing operational/ labor costs
  • Improving administration processes
  • Engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees
  • Identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities
  • Complete ongoing managerial training on a weekly basis and manage ongoing training for Crumbl Crew
  • Conducts leadership training to staff and monthly meetings


Manager Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule, must be able to work weekends and Holidays
  • Must be able to fill in for staffing needs with short notice
  • Be able to communicate effectively with employees
  • Must be able to handle conflict issues
  • Must be able to understand and execute quality standards
  • Decorating and displaying finished products
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations
  • Communicates inventory, production levels and delivery orders to store operator
  • Cleaning, restocking, and organizing the store daily
  • Be comfortable standing for entirety of shift
  • Compliant with California labor laws
  • Enforcing store policies
  • Submit requirements to Head Quarters and watching training videos and zoom calls

Schedule

  • Monday- Saturday
  • Shifts from 5am-10pm on Weekdays
  • Shifts 5am-Midnight on Weekends

Job Types

  • Full-time (32-40 hours)
  • This is a full time opportunity. Hours of operation Monday-Thursday 8AM-10PM Friday-Saturday 8AM- 12AM. Must be flexible in the hours you are able to work. Typical hours are 10am-6pm.
  • Upon being hired, in order to ensure you are successful in the desired role of a manager, a 90 day training period will take place to ensure you meet and excel in the job requirements of a manager. This training period will involve starting, learning, and showing excellence in each position prior to moving onto the next position. Starting pay will be at an assistant manager position and upon completion of the 90 day training period, manager compensation and benefits will begin.


One Big Dream

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

Our Concept

As Crumbl continued to grow, so did their flavor offerings! Crumbl’s award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie has always been on the menu with their chilled pink sugar cookie becoming a semi-permanent menu item soon after. Crumbl then introduced its concept of a rotating menu. The frequency and timing of Crumbl’s rotating menu evolved over the course of a year until its iconic four flavor weekly rotation was officially established in December 2018. Since then, new flavors are added frequently, often weekly, in addition to current recipes being updated and improved. The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more.
