Come join the Fashion Cents Consignment Team in our fun and exciting work environment! We are looking for both full-time and part-time associates with a flexible availability for cashier, floor and floater positions. Pay is based on experience and availability.
We are looking for friendly, hardworking employees who love fashion, home décor and working with customers in a fast paced environment.
Store Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers
- Run register
- Assist customers on the floor
- Organize displays
- Restock the merchandise on sales floor
- Return fitting room items and racks of clothing
- Unloading and loading product transfers daily
At Fashion Cents we have both flexible and consistent scheduling options Monday thru Friday and at least one Saturday off per month. Family is important to us, so we are closed on Sundays. Full-time employees receive health benefits which we pay 75%, short term disability which are Paid in full, paid holidays, and PTO (up to 2 weeks off first year) Full/Part-time employees also are eligible for our IRA (which owner matches 3%), Employee Assistance Program, monthly employee discounts, raffles, lunches, and other exciting benefits, such as 15 min paid break options.
