SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist retail staff with stocking of merchandise and to maintain a clean, neat, and organized shop.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the continuous replenishment of retail floor
  • Participate in recovery of the sales floor and adhere to merchandising standards to maintain a clean neat and easy to shop environment.
  • Participate in period end inventories.
  • Participate in floor fill in strategy by partnering with the merchant leads.
  • Communicate with stockroom associate about what products need to be filled in from the warehouse.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Employee Partners.
  • Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.
  • Observe all safety and security procedures.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
