Community Hospital Fairfax is an 18 Bed Critical Access Hospital, located in Northwest Missouri. We have six family medicine clinics providing primary care to our rural communities. Allied Health: Sterile Supply Technician- Full Time (Day) position to prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and instruments for procedure, surgery, and examinations. Assists RN and Physicians with patient care and procedures.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalent, Sterile Supply certification preferred. BLS certification, background in-patient services.

Radiologic Technologist- 1 Full Time position. To be responsible for coordinating outpatient appointments, making patient who come in for procedures feel comfortable. Perform x-rays for diagnostic purposes. Will take call on a rotation basis.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology preferred. ARRT Certified required and must maintain CEUs. BLS required. CT and/or MRI experience preferred. Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.

PRN Radiologic Technologist- CH-F is looking for a current Radiologic Technologist who is just looking to pick up some weekend on call hours.

Nursing: Staff RNs - Med Surg Unit-Full Time -DAYS or NIGHTS – Providing and performing oversight, delegation and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients. Provides care by physician orders, patient’s treatment plan, policies and procedures and standards of care as well as acts as a resource person for other staff members.

Qualifications: RN, Missouri or compact state RN License, BLS, ACLS.
