Job Description:

Our Homecare Staffing Coordinator is an entry level position. The position requires constant communication with the ederly and/or disabled population concerning the client's services. It is the responsibility of the Staffing Coordinator with the help of the Recruiting Coordinator to find an adequate caregiver to work the approved hours for the client. This may require hiring a completly new caregiver. In this position, the employee must have customer service experience, and experience working with the elderly and disabled community. The employee will learn the basics of Staffing duties and obtain their own case load of clients. The following list is a general list of job duties that may be required:

  • Paperwork and other clerical items
  • Calling a variety of different people, to include clients and their family, case managers, etc.
  • Ensuring all Regulations are being met while making sure all the client's hours are being worked by an adequate caregiver.
  • Supervising Caregivers by making sure they are completing all their job duties, warning and/or writing them up if needed.
  • Hiring new caregivers
  • Phone Interviews
  • Collecting Paperwork/ Documents
  • Employee Follow up
  • Keeping track of EVV Compliance

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful environment
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment(fax, scanner, computer, etc)
  • General Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software(Word, Excel)
