Preferred Precision Group is currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our fantastic, ever growing team! The ideal candidate will know the ins and out of staffing and have a passion for sales. This person will be adaptable, sharp and ready to enthusiastically take on new challenges each day. Job Duties:
- Create a strategic plan to secure business from clients and place candidates effectively
- Understand the staffing market and use tools to ensure that your open jobs are attracting top talent
- Constant communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Heavy community presence and constant contact with industry leaders to promote new business
- Training and development of internal talent
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years prior light industrial staffing experience
- Proven performance in branch management, sales or staffing
- 1+ years prior experience managing light industrial or staffing
- Ability to work up to 10-12 hours a day up to 6-7 days per week

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
