Temporary Staffing Sales Manager
Business Interface Staffing Services is focused on identifying and recruiting top talent for clerical, customer service, administrative and professional positions. We complete a streamlined screening, interviewing, and placement process based on various economic conditions. We offer contractors, contract-to-hire, and direct placement terms. Our contractors are available to support short-term projects, seasonal hiring, and compensate for workforce shortages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business accounts.
- Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities to fill open job requisitions.
- Create talent pipelines for future job openings.
- Manage existing candidate pools for contract assignments and direct placements.
- Maintains and reviews ATS, HRIS, and additional internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of job requisitions.
- Ensures new hires and transitioning contractors complete onboarding documents and orientations as necessary.
- Direct all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and ongoing communication throughout an assignment.
- Maintains new hire documents and records within ATS.
- Completes auditing to manage contract-specific metrics.
SKILLS:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of staffing agency hiring experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have proficiency with HRIS, Bullhorn, or other ATS.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
EDUCATION:
- H.S. Diploma with over 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
