• Professional business standards.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with experience.
• 3 or more years of professional Accounting experience.
• Significant spreadsheet and word processing application experience.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision and have significant latitude for independent action and decision making.
• The skills to significantly work with other departments to coordinate activities, practices and Month End Fiscal/Job close.

Duties of this position will include but not be limited to:

• Month end closeout procedures.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Contract, freight and service billing.
• Inventory reviews.
• Some quarterly tax reconciliations.
• Asset management.
• Bank ACH/wire transactions as needed.
• ERP troubleshooting as needed.
• Cash management.
• Contract invoicing.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
