CAMFS also services customers utilizing its 20+ nationwide service centers; each offering accident repair, painting, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. We are supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center and provide scheduled maintenance services and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime.

CAMFS is currently hiring a Sr. Service Advisor to join our Corporate Training team to support future growth of the Company.

Responsibilities


  • Create vehicle repair service Estimates based on compiled information from Mobile Technicians and Customers
  • Professionally communicate and deliver quotes to customers.
  • Serve as a trustworthy advocate for the customer by providing sound guidance and advice regarding any customer technical inquiries or general questions related to products and services provided by the company.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and prioritize workflow to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collect miscellaneous information and parts pricing from various manufacturers and vendors.
  • Review, revise existing and generate additional repair estimates at customers request and specifications.


Education


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred with five (5) years of experience in the service advisement, maintenance coordination, technician dispatching, or Diesel technology.
  • Associate degree, BA/BS or Technical certification and three (3) years' experience or seven (7) years of equivalent experience in a similar capacity Technician role.


Experience


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in a diesel vehicle service department or dealership environment Preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar systems
  • Strong communication (written, verbal and phone) and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.) / software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates.
