Nordstrom is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to own and project manage the execution and delivery of key Nordstrom Card Services product strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Nordstrom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit projects and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Bank partners and with cross-functional partners across the organization, such as Platform configuration teams, Vendors, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Product Management, to define and align on business, tech, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure business requirements are fully met through the segmentation process and participate in the data validation process.
  • Identify, track, socialize and mitigate risks through the development of contingency plans.
  • Remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required.
  • Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across bank partner and Nordstrom.
  • Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings.
  • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 6+ years project or program management experience managing large, complex, high visibility initiatives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experienced leading through influence in fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility.
  • Experience in credit cards and/or payments a big plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization.

This role is fully remote except for if you are located in the Denver, Colorado area and then it would be hybrid - coming into the office 1-2 times per week.

Pay Range Details
