The Senior FP&A Analyst will assist the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for Great Expressions Dental Centers.
This Senior Analyst will be a critical piece of strategic and planning process, and must have the ability to provide easy to understand analysis across multiple functions throughout the organization. This position will report directly to the Manager of FP&A.
Schedule: Mon-Thur In office, Fridays remote. Responsibilities:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will assist the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for Great Expressions Dental Centers.

Schedule: Mon-Thur In office, Fridays remote. Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual driver-based budget and rolling forecast processes
- Provide every level of the organization with the appropriate financial reporting to better manage the business
- Analyze financial results and populate management reporting packages
- Assist with project ROI calculations to make better investment decisions
- Support and manage the CPM system, Adaptive Insights
- Identify opportunities for the finance and accounting teams to improve their workflow
- Plan, implement, and lead projects
- Provide training, coaching, and financial expertise to non-finance members of the organization
- All other tasks requested by Manager
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of applicable finance experience in public or private industry
- Experience with ERP / CPM software, Adaptive Insights
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Strong organizational and planning skills are required
- Experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required
- Analytical and business process orientation with the ability to dive into large amounts of data and detail to identify trends and improvement opportunities
