Position Title: Sr. Director Technical Product Management
Reports to: EVP, Digital

As we prepare for the next 50 years, the Sr. Director Technical Product Management will ensure that innovation is a continuous mindset within the digital department and company.

The Sr. Director Technical Product Management will:
  • partner directly with EVP of Digital on product strategy to ensure technical components are aligned with overall SSA Digital product roadmap.
  • define product feature roadmap for our technical back-office, cloud, and data products
  • partner closely with the VP of Product Engineering in prioritizing, defining and directing overall technical product direction
  • partner closely with the VP of Data and Insights in prioritizing, defining, and directing overall data product direction
  • facilitate collaboration and coordination across all development teams, ensuring the collective team is always on the critical path for intersecting and potentially disparate road maps
  • work closely with digital product management to ensure combined product roadmaps continue to drive an ongoing positive return.
This role will tremendously impact some of the coolest cultural attractions on the planet, and help support our partners’ mission of sustainability, conservation, and animal welfare education.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years in technical product management or development
  • Demonstrated technical product management expertise in modern cloud, data, and web
  • Demonstrated technical product management and coordination with multiple integrations layers
  • demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation development and delivery abilities.
