As a Sr baker, your job is to work with crew to drive high volume production, follow good baking practices and Crumbl policies, trouble shoot new recipes, prep ingredients, dress cookies, meet cookie production quotas etc. Crumbl is looking for people just like you to join our team now!

Must be 18 or older to operate floor mixer!! No minors for this position!! We have full and part time positions available! You must be available to be scheduled at 5 AM. This is a requirement!

What does it take to be a Sr Baker?

Sr. Bakers lead others in good baking practices and set the pace for production. They motivate the rest crew to work quickly and use/teach others good technical skills to be efficient and produce high quality cookies.

Responsibilities of a Sr Bakers:

As a Cookie Technician your job is to help craft cookies at every stage on its way to the customer. As everything is made in house this includes:

• Forecasting and monitoring storage levels, not to run out of cookies.
• Reading and understand the Crumbl recipes for preparing each week's cookies
• Following recipes to make cookie dough, frosting, toppings and glazes.
• Working with crew members to keep them productive
• Prepare off menu catering orders
• Trouble shoot / setup weekly production strategies
• Portioning the mixed dough into consistent cookie dough balls ready for baking
• Panning out the cookies onto baking sheets
• Baking the cookies
• Dressing the cookies in that weeks toppings
• Boxing customers orders of the worlds best cookies
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service

In addition to just baking and making the world's best cookies, Sr. Bakers contribute to the overall success of each location by:

• Maintaining clean and tidy workspaces.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies
• Folding and preparing the signature pink Crumbl boxes
• Vocally greeting every customer that patrons Crumbl

Requirements:

• Commits to the 3 C's of Crumbl: Customer Service, Cookie Quality and Cleanliness
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Compute basic math/counting practices.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Culinary or pastry student / graduate or equivalent experience
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Be able to stand during the shift
• Have a reliable means of transportation
• Be compliant with any local or company mask or related Covid-19 policies

About Crumbl Cookies

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
