InfraHire is looking for Sr. Accounting Manager in Statesville, NC.

Job Description:
This position’s main responsibilities include implementing systems in the office to maximize functionality and quality of care while maintaining the highest standard through leadership and collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Invoicing
• Banking:
• Deposits
• Credit Card Payments
• Reconciliations for bank account and credit cards
• Processing Payroll, commission, and monthly bonus pay.
• Sales Exec Expense processing
• Tax filing
• Multi state licensing renewal
• Company insurance renewal
• Front desk daily operations:
• Fielding phone calls
• Greeting customers & vendors
• Administer any changes in company policies, memos.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual office and sales reports

Skills:

• Proven experience in Accounting, Payables/Receivables
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a requirement.
• Familiarity with email scheduling tools
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Work experience in accounting is required
