Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Safely set up machines for proper speeds, feeds, and depth of cut
- Perform minor tooling repair work such as regrinding drills, honing drills, etc
- Set up and changeover complex tooling
- Reach and understand blueprints, specification process sheets, schedules, and related materials
- Use applicable measuring instruments and special gauges
- Assist supervision with the smooth and efficient flow of materials through all operations
- Accurately maintain necessary records
- Responsible for 5s work area
- Successfully complete application and interview

- Assistance and reliability: The employee may rely on reporting to work at the scheduled time and is rarely absent from work. The employee may need to complete the work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner and is aware of assignments.
- Communication and contact: The employee will communicate effectively with management members, the leader, and the team.
- Relationships with others: The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
- This job operates in a manufacturing environment and is exposed to dust, odors, and noise. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions that can be found on the production floor. The noise level in the work environment can be strong.
Preferred Experience (i.e. industry experience)
- Bi-Lingual: English / Spanish
- Some experience electronic experience
- You should be flexible to work overtime as needed
- Able to read and understand English
