Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Blazerworks is partnering with a school in Tooele, UT to find a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join their team. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders
- Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to improve students' communication skills
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Utah state SLP license
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
