Viviant Healthcare of Chattanooga is a busy skilled nursing facility with a memory care unit and excellent nursing. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and have in place some creative and fun groups that our patients love being part of. Our in-house therapy team has a fun and positive culture and a great relationship with the entire disciplinary team. Enjoy living in the "scenic city" and our 13 mile long riverwalk, beautiful parks world class restaurants, and riverboat adventures on the Tennessee River! We are part of a small but growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities. We offer local leadership and facility level decision making as well as many opportunities for career advancement with our growing organization. We currently seek a part time or full time SLP to join our amazing therapy team! We do not have CFY supervision available at this time.
Qualifications:
Current registration/licensure as an SLP with CCC's
